Every restoration starts in the app. You select your item, describe the work it needs, and we take it from there.

The process
- 01 Open Custom Order in the app.
Select your item category. Describe the piece — brand, material, condition, what needs attention.
- 02 Receive your quote.
We review the order and return a treatment plan and price before anything is collected. Nothing proceeds without your confirmation.
- 03 Schedule pickup.
Choose a collection time from your door. Your piece travels in a protective case to the workshop.
- 04 Workshop and return.
Every treatment is completed by hand. You receive progress photos and your piece is returned restored.
